D SWL all band mixed
E War veterans: single operator all band mixed
F Satellite: single or multi operator mixed via radio amateur satellites
G Pobeda (Victory) memorial stations: multioperator single transmitter all band mixed

Multiple entries. Category F (Satellite) can be an additional category for all participants, it requires separate serial numbers and a separate log. For each QSO, the log must show uplink and downlink frequencies (5 kHz accuracy) and the name of satellite.

10-minute rule. For multioperator stations (categories C and G) only one transmitter and one band is permitted during any 10-minute period, defined as starting with the first logged QSO on a band.
Exception: One — and only one — other band may be used during any 10-minute period if — and only if — the station worked is a new multiplier. The mult station must remain on the band for at least 10 minutes after the first QSO on the new band. Contacts in violation of this 10-minute rule are not penalized (apart from bringing 0 points) and must be kept in the log.

6. Contest exchange

All entrants send RS(T) and serial number starting with 001.

7. QSO points

Transmitting stations:
Contacts between stations on different continents are worth 3 points.
Contacts between stations on the same continent but different countries are worth 2 points.
Contacts between stations in the same country are worth 1 point.
Countries are defined according to P-150-C country list, see Appendix.
Receiving stations (SWL):
Logging both callsigns and one exchange (1-way SWL) counts 1 point.
Logging both callsigns and both exchanges (2-way SWL) counts 3 points.
The same station heard can be credited for points once per band.
The same callsign must not appear more than 10 times per band.

8. Multiplier points

Each country worked on each band is worth 1 point for multiplier credit. Receiving stations (SWL) do not have multipliers. Multipliers according to P-150-C country list, see Appendix.

9. Scoring

The final score is the result of the total QSO points multiplied by the sum of multipliers on all bands. For receiving stations (SWL) the final score is the sum of the QSO points. Results will be classified by entry category and by continent.

10. Awards

Trophies (plaques) will be awarded to the highest scoring stations in categories B1,B2,B3,C,G.
Medals will be awarded to the highest scoring stations in categories A1,A2,A3,E.
Certificates will be awarded to the world's top 5 scorers in categories B1,B2,B3,B5, world's top 3 scorers in categories C and D, top 3 scorers on each continent in categories A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,B3,B4,B5,E,F,G.

11. Disqualification

Violation of amateur radio regulations in the country of the contestant, or the rules of the contest, unsportsmanlike conduct, taking credit for excessive (20 percent or more) duplicate contacts, unverifiable QSOs or multipliers will be deemed sufficient cause for disqualification. In matters of dispute, the decisions of the Contest Committee are final.

12. Logs

Electronic logs. Electronic (e-mail) submission of logs is the preferred method. It is the required method for top 10 scoring entrants in each category. Logs should be sent to .

The required log format is the Cabrillo format created by all major contest logging programs, sent as an email attachment.

It is desirable to put your claimed score in the message body. Feel free to include your equipment description, any comments or wishes.

The reception of your email log will be automatically acknowledged. If you don't receive the acknowledgement within two weeks, please resend your log or send your inquiry to .

Paper logs. Use a separate sheet for each band. Each paper log entry must be accompanied by a summary sheet showing: category of competition, callsign used, callsign of contestant, name and postal address, detailed information on the claimed score, and declaration that all contest rules and regulations for amateur radio in the country of operation have been observed. Multioperator contestants should include names and callsigns of all operators.
